Another way that Heart for Uganda intends to empower Ugandan men to meet their own needs is through leadership training. We have been working with Ugandan men to equip them with communication skills, time management training, management training, and leadership training so that they will have the skills necessary to succeed.

Another way that Heart for Uganda intends to empower Ugandan youth to meet their own needs is through business training. We will teach him business skills so that he can take their new vocation and operate a business. Some of the business skills we teach include: pricing, bookkeeping, capital management, writing business plans, maintaining credit books, etc.
